These terms govern your use of the website dhstudio.dev. The website is run by Diyan Hristov, an individual trading as DH Studio Technologies, from the village of Dobrich, Bulgaria. Each application I publish has its own separate terms of use. See section 3.

2. About the studio

DH Studio Technologies is the trade name of one person, Diyan Hristov, a private individual, not a company or a registered sole trader. Under this name I design, build and publish applications for Android, which are distributed through Google Play.

3. Applications have their own terms

These terms cover only this website. The use of an application, including any purchase made through Google Play, is governed by that application's own terms. Olzaras: AI Voice PDF Reader: terms of use and privacy policy. Further applications will each get their own pages here before they are published.

4. Intellectual property

The name DH Studio Technologies, the names and logos of the applications published under it, and the original text, images and design of this website belong to Diyan Hristov. You are welcome to link to any page of this website. Reproducing substantial parts of it, mirroring it, or scraping it for commercial purposes requires my written permission.

5. Third-party links

This website links to Google Play. Google Play is operated by Google and is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. I have no control over that service and am not responsible for its availability, content or behaviour.

6. No warranty

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, I make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or suited to any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you cannot waive under the consumer protection law of your country.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you keep any right you have to bring a matter before the courts of your own country.

I may update these terms when the website changes. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
