This policy explains what happens to personal data on this website. The website is run by Diyan Hristov, an individual trading as DH Studio Technologies, from the village of Dobrich, Bulgaria, who is the data controller for it. Each application I publish has its own separate privacy policy. This page does not describe how any application handles data. See section 3.

1. The website collects no personal data

This website is a set of static pages. It contains no scripts, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or embedded content from social networks, and I set no cookies of my own. The pages store nothing on your device and keep no record about you on my side. Images are served from this domain, and the text uses your device's own system fonts.

Cloudflare, which serves the site (see section 4), may set a single strictly-necessary security cookie (such as cf_clearance or __cf_bm) if it needs to confirm that a request is genuine. These cookies keep the site available and secure, carry no analytics, and under EU law require no consent. They are governed by Cloudflare's own cookie policy.

2. Email you choose to send

The only personal data I receive from you is what you send by email to support@dhstudio.dev. Mail to that address is received and forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to my mailbox at Google (Gmail); Cloudflare processes the message in transit in order to forward it. I use your message and address only to reply to you. I do not add them to any list, do not sell them and do not pass them on. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering the people who write to me (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation needs it, and I delete it on request.

3. Applications have their own policies

How an application handles data is governed by that application's own privacy policy, not by this page. Olzaras: AI Voice PDF Reader: privacy policy and terms of use. Further applications will each get their own page here before they are published.

4. Hosting, DNS and server logs

The domain dhstudio.dev is registered with Cloudflare, and Cloudflare provides its DNS, content delivery and hosting through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare therefore handles the technical data needed to answer DNS queries, deliver the pages and keep them secure (this can include your IP address and details of your request), and may keep access logs. I do not export, query or keep copies of these logs. How long Cloudflare keeps them, and its handling of this data in general, is governed by its own privacy and cookie policies.

5. Where the data goes (transfers outside the EU)

Cloudflare, Inc. and Google are established in the United States, so delivering the site and my email involves transferring technical and contact data there. For these transfers Cloudflare acts as a data processor under its Data Processing Addendum and relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Google LLC is likewise certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I keep no separate copies of this data myself.

6. Children

This website is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, children included. If a child has written to me and you would like that message deleted, write to the address above.

7. Where processing happens

I am in Bulgaria, in the European Union, and any reply I write is written here. Browsing the website involves no processing of personal data by me.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of any personal data I hold about you, may ask me to restrict its use, and may object to it. In practice the only such data is email you have sent me, and a request to delete it is honoured at once. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

9. Changes

If the website changes in a way that affects this policy, for example if a contact form is added, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
